3M™ Wire Harness Tape BT3103 is a 0.34 mm / 0.010 in. thick, blue, single-face acrylic automotive wire harness tape designed to bond to rough or highly irregular surfaces, or in sealing and other applications in automotive interiors where a highly conformable tape is required.

A double-sided acrylic foam sealing tape, 3M™ Wire Harness Tape BT3103 offers excellent initial adhesion, heat resistance and durability compared to conventional butyl sealing tapes. It is heat and solvent resistant and exhibits ease of cutting, wet out and good workability due to high tape modulus. Use it for bonding to rough or highly irregular surfaces, sealing and other applications where a highly conformable tape is required. It helps reduce staining on bonded surfaces because of a high molecular weight acrylic material construction. This wire harness assembly tape uses technology from 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape, which has been used for vehicle interior and exterior part attachment for more than forty years.
