3M™ QS2011-3T-WS Series Cold Shrink Trifurcating Transition Splice Kit is a specially designed 15kV splice to connect a 3/C paper insulated lead covered (PILC) cable to three 1/C Poly/EPR insulated cables. Poly/EPR cables include CN, JCN, LC, tape shield, wire shield, poly/EP lead or UniShield® cables. It uses wraparound heat shrink rejacketing.

3M™ QS2011-3T-WS Cold Shrink Trifurcating Transition Splice Kit includes 2 bags with components to seal oil inside and to seal the phase conductors of the PILC cable. The kit contains cold shrink splice bodies, an overall shield sleeve, heat shrink breakout boot, moisture sealing mastic materials, ground braid connectors, copper ground braids, resin and a heat shrink wraparound jacket sleeve. It is suitable to use on cables that can withstand a maximum temperature of 90 degrees C. The kit meets the requirements of IEEE 404 standards.
