3M™ QI Cold Shrink Quick Insulator features open-ended tubular rubber sleeves that provide sealing mastic on each end which allows the product to have a broader application range. It is ideal for insulating low-voltage splices in direct bury, secondary and low-voltage applications. This insulator is used for secondary splices, copper or aluminum conductors, dig-in repairs and sheath repairs.

3M™ QI Cold Shrink Quick Insulator maintains its resiliency and pressure, even after years of aging and exposure. It is designed to use with low-voltage, single-conductor, insulated cable. This insulator provides a tight seal and good thermal stability during storage as well as shipping. It is suitable for insulating inline conductor transition connectors and set screw or oversized connectors. This insulator withstands -40 to 194 degrees F (-40 to 90 degrees C). RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant and ANSI Certified.
